  2. digitally recorded audio cassette that are
  3. roughly the same size as a standard cassette. 
  4. They cannot be played on a normal tape
  5. recorder, though standard tapes can be played
  6. on a DCC machine, this is known as "backward
  7. compatibility". The playing time of a DCC
  8. cassette is 90 minutes.
